Let me acknowledge straight away that there’s been a string of promos coming from this blog space. Here’s a promise: On Friday, we go back to doing that by means of providing information about social media, marketing and/or business. That’s really why I started blogging.
For now, though, I owe it to my business partner and anyone out there needing some help they can’t quite afford. Sandy Williams of Strategic Marketing Innovators and I are rolling out a seminar series we call Marketing Masters.
Sandy’s company is setting new standards for mobile marketing, she’s well versed in CRM and is an experienced curriculum designer.
And that’s what sets Marketing Masters apart: It’s not a “boot camp” or Webinar that focuses on the nuts and bolts of a single tactic. Not knocking them, mind you, they have their place. It’s just that this isn’t one.
We don’t just teach you how, for example, to design a mobile advertising campaign. We help you acquire the acumen to know when and how to launch, manage, measure and adjust it as part of an overarching business development strategy.
Sandy and I provide this type of consulting–and charge a premium for it–customized for companies. Marketing Masters doesn’t provide the customization but provides fundamental strategic framework as part of a curriculum that includes tracks for specific tactics including mobile marketing and, yes, social media.
Marketing Masters students get homework assignments, accountability partners and deadlines so that one week after knowledge is acquired, its being put to work in your business. Networking is encouraged.
Space is limited and we’ve set a discount for our initial meeting, Wednesday, August 11 at the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, where we’ll impart how to Build your Social Media Content Strategy in Five Steps. Visit our Meetup Page to register or our Web site for more information.
Hope to see you there. Thanks for this indulgence.

I am so excited to be a part of these workshops. Mike and I realize the pain that small and medium business owners face in trying to be smart about marketing efforts. Bottom line the right marketing efforts can lead to increased cash flow. As one small business owner once told me, “I barely have the money to spend on marketing efforts once, I can't afford not to do it right the first time!” We look forward to helping you exceed expectations in your marketing efforts.
